Pawan Rana, with over four decades of experience in voluntary efforts and development of mountain communities, has successfully developed impactful community development strategies. His exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills have driven significant change within communities.
After completing his formal education from Delhi University in 1982, Pawan returned to his village, where he recognized the systemic exploitation of marginal farmers. This realization motivated him to organize farmers to resist these injustices, laying the groundwork for his approach.
